I just thought of doing this while laying in bed, not able to sleep. I've had a headache for almost a week now, something hurts in the back of my head... Got me thinking, how would I be feeling if I were healthier?
The benefits I've thought about so far are:
weight loss
skin/hair condition
overall health (less sugar)
teeth will probably be stronger/more white
more clear minded
better performance at work
less sick leave used
mental stability
better able to care for others
no legal risk in not drinking
financial
fun - I'd like to learn new ways to have fun
I wonder what I'll look back and think were the benefits in a year? There's probably so many that I haven't thought of...
